At our first meeting, I will discuss your personal aims, whether for keeping fit or training for something specific. I will show you the range of equipment in the gym and will explain my approach to exercise which emphasises variety to keep it interesting whilst exercising the whole body. My aim is to motivate you, teach you many exercises you can do at home and help you improve your health, flexibility and strength. I can also help you with weight loss, sports injuries and back problems. and could supplement a prescribed physiotherapy programme.
