Whether you're obeying doctor's orders or training for a sporting event, I can help you. I will tailor your time in the gym to meet your needs and abilities. I have a wide range of gym equipment and knowledge of many different exercises so not only will you exercise the whole body, you will also never be bored! My style is to encourage and motivate you to get the best out of yourself, physically and mentally, not to push you mercilessly!
Through my work with a wonderful range of people from elite athletes at Brighton and Hove Albion FC to 90 year old people who are in care homes, I believe in adapting my approach to suit each individual.
There are so many ways to exercise (Olympic lifting, kettlebells, machines, dumbells, trx, cadiovascular, HIIT etc) and many different objectives to be achieved, I believe it is my job to simplify what methods will work best for you and make fitness training more accessible for everyone. Whether you are training to increase your strength, stamina, speed, suppleness, skill, grit or all of them, I have some great tips and techniques to show you, that will help you to discover the 'real you' sooner than you think!
